Junior sous or chef de partie pastry, to join a small, exquisite, 4 Red Star hotel to replace internally promoted chefs.
Preferably the succesful pastry chef will already have 3AAR experience but 2AAR applicants with a desire to work with the best will also be considered.
The Head chef was 3 Michelin Star trained and has held 3AA Rosettes for many, many years and as Pastry Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef pastry you will work alongside another pastry chef at the same level ensuring that you are not swamped with things to do and you can concentrate on honing your skills in the best possible environment.
Salary for a chef de partie is set at £17.5k more for a Junior Sous Chef Pastry. There is also low cost accommodation from just under £50 per week thus adding value to the position if you need live in.
Hours are a minimum of 48 per week and you will work 5 out of 7 days.
