PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE 2AAR to work under a Michelin Star trained head chef as part of a 6 strong brigade producing only 45 covers maximum in modern British Style.
The position requires a PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE who has at least 2 years experience at chef de partie level and who is strong enough to run the section with a little guidance from chef.
In high summer or when people are away you will be working splits but most of the time you will be working 7 shifts.
The salary is the top end of a Chef de Partie position outside of London at £18k
