Position - Chef de Partie
* We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to work alongside and assist the Head Chef in all fresh food preparation.
* Do you have the experience of working in a highly pressurised environment and have worked to high quality standards?
* You must have experience of fresh prep and working as part of a busy brigade. You must have a passion for food, be willing to work hard to achieve targets.
* This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join the team with lots of opportunity for development and ongoing training.
* The ability to work alone or as part of a well established team.
* Applicants must have experience of working within a restaurant or a hotel restaurant environment.
Salary: £14,500 - £ 16,000
