You will work a 45 hour week - which will not be splits start time will be 10am till finish at weekends
You will ideally have 1 - 2 Rosetted Experience and have a stable working history
You will be in charge of 6 plus 2 Kitchen Porters
And be used to covers of up to 40 (evenings) 80 - 120 (weekends) and Wedding Parties of up to 100
This hotel has high volume wedding and tourist business
There is possible live in accommodation at £30.00 per week
